Republic of Zambia Missional Chaplaincy
OPEC is our vision for assisting First Responders and Chaplains in Zambia and consist of a four-fold approach.
- Offer - Continuing Education Programs for Chaplains and First Responders throughout the Nation.
- Provide - Personal Development Seminars for The Ministry of Defence Personnel.
- Establish - Community Chaplaincy within Churches throughout the Nation and Region.
- Collaborate - With government and churches in developing joint Crisis/Disaster Response Efforts.
Chaplain Jonathan C. Carey
Jonathan, a 2023 recipient of the U.S. President's Lifetime Achievement Award for Community Service and Volunteerism, serves as the Caribbean Metropolitan Bishop with Global United Fellowship, and Africa and Caribbean Regional Commander for Frontline Chaplains International.
